Why is a signature required for my delivery?Updated 10 days ago
To help prevent loss or theft, Revival's policy requires a signature upon delivery for orders over $1500. We also require a signature upon delivery for custom, new, and vintage one-of-a-kind rugs (regardless of order value) shipped directly from our international warehouse. This policy is in place to secure the delivery of your order; we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages with waived signatures.
If you wish to waive the signature requirement for your delivery, reach out to us here. Please note, signature requirements can’t be modified once orders are in transit. Requests for changes must be made before your order is shipped.
We understand changes to your delivery date may be needed if you aren’t available to sign for it. For cases like this, you can work directly with the mail carrier to:
- Pick a different delivery date
- Hold your order for pickup
Delivery modifications and holding periods vary by carrier. Please contact them directly to start the process.
If your item can’t be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, please note that we can’t guarantee your item will be re-shipped. Occasionally, returns arrive damaged or get lost in transit.
