What's your return policy?Updated 10 days ago

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your item, you have the option to exchange it or get a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your full order. All returned items must be unwashed and in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • Store credit and exchanges: Returns for store credit and exchanges are free and eligible to receive an additional 15% of the return total in store credit to put towards a replacement item.
  • Original payment method: For refunds to the original payment method, a $35 or $45 restocking fee may be charged per return item. See more details in the “How much does it cost to return?” and “What is Returns Protection?” sections below.

Many sales and discounts will automatically reapply to an exchange order if the exchange item is eligible for the promotion. Please note that BOGO sales will not reapply if you return or exchange only part of your order. The total savings from that sale will be proportionally applied across all items in the order. Any items you keep will retain their share of the discount. We are not able to make adjustments at this time.

For all returns and exchanges, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

We recommend that you use the original box for your return. In the event that the original box is discarded or damaged in transit, Revival is not responsible for providing a new box. You are welcome to use any alternate box that can safely accommodate your return item. If you have trouble repacking your return, please contact us here.

We suggest getting a drop-off receipt from FedEx just in case there are any unexpected delivery issues with your return.

Once received, all returns will be inspected by our warehouse team. Provided the items are in as-new condition, we will issue store credit or a refund minus applicable restocking fees (see below). Taxes will be refunded in accordance with state laws.

All returned bedding and bath items will be donated.

Return and Exchange Exclusions:

  • International orders: All international orders are final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Final sale: all items noted as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Custom orders: all custom items are final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Made-to-order: all made-to-order items are final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Damaged returns: items damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for refund.
  • Cushion inserts: unless there is a product defect, we cannot accept returns on unsealed cushion inserts
  • Trimmed rug pads: we only accept untrimmed rug pad returns. We recommend trimming your rug pad only after determining that you’d like to keep your rug and pad.
  • Swatches: All swatches are final sale at the time of purchase, but eligible for a $20 store credit per swatch

While our handmade products are all the better for their imperfections, we’re happy to address any product defects. In case of a product defect, please contact us here.
