For all returns and exchanges, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For returns for a refund to the original payment method, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund based on the product type. This amount helps us partially offset the shipping costs we incur and supports our warehouse in completing the QC and restocking process.

Our restocking fees are as follows:

• Rug and rug pads under 85 sq ft: $35 / item
• Rugs and rug pads over 85 sq ft: $45 / item
• Textiles and accessories: Free
• With purchase of “Returns Protection”: Free

Returns for store credit and exchanges are free.
