Which rug pad should I choose?Updated 12 days ago

We offer two premium rug pad options: Plush and Low-profile. Both are made with 100% felt and natural rubber, and help enhance the longevity, comfort, and stability of your rug.

Low-profile rug pads (1/16-1/8” thick) are great for flatweave rugs or areas with limited door clearance.

Plush rug pads (1/5” thick) provide maximum sound absorption and additional cushioning.

Generally, rug pads should measure 1-2 inches smaller than your rug on both sides. If you can’t find a rug pad that size, we recommend purchasing a rug pad that’s slightly larger than your rug so you can trim it down (watch video tutorial here.)

Please note that rug pads can only be returned if they have not been trimmed, so only trim your pad once you’ve decided to keep your rug and rug pad. You may refer to our returns policy for more details.
